Booth Request

While the floor plan has remained the same as last year, there have been a few changes based on feedback we received from the 2012 Holiday Mart Retailers. We have added storage to the south side of the show floor. Baggage Check has been pushed back to allow the north side to be more open and allow shoppers easier shopping access.

Booth Payment Information

  • A 25% non refundable deposit is due by June 17, 2013 to reserve your spot.
  • Full Booth Payment is due by August 1, 2013.
  • A $150 Early bird discount is offered to those who pay in full by June 17, 2013.

Please Note:

  • Booth spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis based on accepted applications, full payment and completed insurance.
  • The above map represents quadrants only, not specific booths.
  • Prime booths are those booths located along major aisle ways with superior visibility and are ultimately placed at the discretion of the Holiday Mart Retail Co-Chairs.
  • Booth Placements/Determinations are placed ultimately at the discretion of the Holiday Mart Retail Co-Chairs and by submitting this application you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
  • Booth sizes are approximate due to the pipe and drape structure of the booths.
  • Booth prices include pipe and drape. Prices do not include electricity, phone and internet lines, tables, carpet, etc. Information regarding rental of these items will be provided to accepted applicants at a later date.
  • Application Deadline is based on space availability beginning April 1st each year. Notification of review does not imply that you have been accepted for the 2013 Holiday Mart.
  • The policies and procedures relating to return of samples are set forth on the 2013 Holiday Mart Product Sample Submission Form.
  • Vendors may share a booth, however, the vendors MUST apply as a business group under the associated business names and provide samples of ALL types of merchandise to be sold. The booth must appear and be presented as one united vendor (a single vendor may not apply and then invite other vendors to participate).
  • New this year, with the continued success and high demand of Jingle Bucks, we are requiring retailers to donate a minimum of $25 in gift certificates (no cash required) for their booth this year. These gift certificates can range between $5 and $25. You are welcome to donate over $25 in gift certificates. Retailers who donate over the required $25 will be recognized with a “Jingle Bell” on our map.
  • Application will be considered incomplete without paid application fee, submission form, and photographs of booth. Your samples will not be juried until all application requirements are complete.
